Dr. Kelly Reilly, PhD, RN, is a nationally recognized nurse leader, healthcare executive, educator, and entrepreneur known for transforming healthcare systems, advancing nursing practice, and improving patient and community outcomes. She has held executive leadership roles overseeing patient experience, nursing operations, education, research, quality, and innovation for major health systems, and has presented her work nationally and internationally, including at the United Nations.
Today, Dr. Reilly is the Founder and CEO of Sanctuary+Health and Founder of the Ministry of Health, organizations dedicated to reimagining health and healing through the integration of evidence-informed wellness, movement, mindfulness, education, and community connection. Her work bridges traditional healthcare and holistic well-being, creating innovative models that support individuals, organizations, and communities in thriving.
Dr. Reilly received her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Adelphi University, Master’s Degree in Nursing from Drexel University, and a Post Masters Certificate and PhD from Villanova University. She is certified in Professional Development through the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
In 2014, Dr. Reilly was selected as a Jonas Leadership Scholar. She was also awarded the Nurse.com regional award for Advancing the Profession in 2015 and the Nightingale Initiative of Global Health award for Advocacy and Innovation in 2017.
