Ginger has collaborated with leaders for over 20 years to accomplish extraordinary marketing, fundraising, and event projects. She is driven by a calling to help others, propelled by gratitude for the generosity she has experienced, which began with a full-tuition and housing undergraduate scholarship from Towson University.

She began her career in marketing for the global corporate law firm White & Case, managing client networking and educational events and partner retreats. Pulled to do more for the greater good, Ginger joined Autism Speaks as Special Projects Manager to co-founders Bob and Suzanne Wright, ensuring events met their fundraising and awareness-building goals.

In 2007, Ginger founded her own company, providing premier event planning and management services to dozens of nonprofit organizations for 12 years, working with board members and leadership at the Autism Science Foundation, Foundation Fighting Blindness, Mental Health Association of NYC, National MS Society, Public Interest Projects, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and many others.

A desire to once again help a single organization on a deeper level was the catalyst for Ginger to return to school and complete an MA in Nonprofit Management at Johns Hopkins University, where she received the program’s Outstanding Capstone Award for “A Study of Causes of and Mitigation Strategies for Burnout in Nonprofit Employees.” While pursuing the master’s degree, Ginger was Director of Development for ThinkGive, a nonprofit providing its social and emotional learning programs to under-resourced youth.
